This is how I say thank you with bunch of flowers cut out from the paper-source catalog. Just add a piece of foam tape for a 3D effect and done! Toto je môj spôsob ako pod'akovať... s kyticou kvetov ako vystrihnutou z časopisu... no presnejšie naozaj vystrihnutou ale z paper-source katalógu. A už len kúsok penovej pásky pre 3D efekt a hotovo!

This time there is a visible 'thank you' line. The orange blank card is from Michaels (I am getting tired of this word) and the paper dollie as well. I added a scrap yellow paper underneath the dollie to make it little bit pop out. Martha Stewart's products belong to my favorite and I found this gold ribbon from her line on sale. The stripe circle is a scrap paper that I stamped with 'thank you' stamp and embossed with gold powder. The butterfly is stamped, embossed, and hand-cut. I added four adhesive gems for the motion:)

I have to admit, this is another very cheep card:) The blank green card was in a set of six at Michaels for $1, the orange serrated square is a fabric sample from Pottery Barn (so for free), the top flowery square is from note card set for a $1 as well. I found couple plastic middles that were left from fabric flowers that I used in a different project. I just cut them flat to be able to attached it to the middle of each paper flower. The last think was using a black ink pen to write a simple - thank you. Another addition to the 'thank you' family:)

I really like these cute silver medallions that I found at Michaels of course on sale and I decide to use it on of my 'thank you' card project. It's attached to the ribbon with a little golden brad from MM. The ribbon and the green blank card both are from Micheals as well. The 'plant' paper is from a set of different crafting papers and the sticker letters from Black Tie collection by MM.

My dear D asked me to make couple thank you cards for couple people on one of his campaigns and I did... make couple card... and this is one of them:)
Very few items were used on this one... green blank card from Paper-Store with rounded corners, scrap pink paper, scrap transparent paper from Michaels, a hand-stamped and hand-cut butterfly attached with gold brad from MM, and 'thanks' stickers from a wedding album kit on sale at Micheals. Wonderful:)

I am definitely not singing today. I probably should just because is the weekend but I literally lost my voice yeterday:(. I got cold and sore throat 3 days ago, an I thought that everything is behind me and now this. 'D' is enjoying it a lot, making fun of me when I whisper:) So, we have a quiet household for now. Well, at least I am being quiet for a while and playing in my office with paper because I can't have a normal conversation with 'D' without laughing at me or me punching him.

This was a card I made I while ago and didn't really blog about it. I used green base card, one of the papers from a paper block collection from Micheal's, a butterfly stamp from Paper-source embossed with clear embossing powder. Using black marker to draw 2 lines and adding self-adhesive yellow half pearls on the top of each line I created butterfly's antennas. Additionally, I print out a quote about giving thanks on piece of sheer paper and embossed it with the transparent powder. I stamped the same sheer paper with a flower stamp using pink stamping color, embossed it with transparent powder, and finally punched 3 butterflies with the pink embossed surface. I bent both of the wings on each butterfly putting a little bit adhesive on the bottom and pressing 2 of them to the both sides of the sheer paper and one to the left bottom corner.

'Thank you... you are the queen' is the concept of my new card for today. Obviously, this card is for a woman but I am thinking to make a man's version as well. Used cake dollies, thank you stamp from Martha Stewart collection embossed with gold embossing powder. The letter is from a collection of alphabets and their are adhesive letters - very convenient. The crown , I rounded the edges with the fiscars corner punch (I am still in love) on the light green blank card - I bought a big packages of two green tones at Paper Source Company while ago and they are very useful. I have to get to that paper paradise sometimes again and I hope it will be soon!

I wanted it, I always wanted...a round corner punch. I don't know why I was waiting till today. It is sooo cool and so needed in my punch collection:) This card was fun to make but I was taking my time to come up with the design. I couldn't pick the right letter style stamps for the text and the 'thank you' stamps I had didn't go together with the design of the card... so, I used my handwriting. Couple of gems are used as the focus point underlined by yellow paper circle cut out with one of the Martha Stewart's 1 inch starburst punch. I used a clear stamp from one of the Anna Griffin 'Darcy Collection' as a background stamped with white pigment ink and embossed with transparent powder. And, of course I used my beloved corner squeeze punch from Fiskars to round the edges of the card. I think I will sleep with the punch tonight:)
